The Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage  has an outstanding permanent collection, including the Temple-Tifereth Israel Gallery.  The fourth oldest museum of Judaica in the United States, it includes ritual objects, sacred books and scrolls, and fine art from all over the world.  We recently visited the Maltz and highly recommend it!
